If you are interested in a particular Dal for adoption, please complete and email to us the Adoption Application.  If you adopt a Dal from PVR, completion of an Adoption Application will be completed. 

If you are interested in becoming a foster parent to one of our rescues, or if you can open your home to multiple rescues, please complete the Foster Application and submit it to us via email. I

If you have a Dalmatian that you are no longer able to care for and are searching for a rescue to assist you with rehoming, please complete the Release/Relinquish Agreement and contact us by phone or email.
